This encompasses the frequency of servicing the vehicles and effective strategies to present this to your valued customers. While there are no maintenance reminders to reset, there are many test plans that need to be completed for certain maintenance items. We will discuss when those are needed and how your IVS 360™ subscription will help facilitate those repairs.

After graduating with an Associates in Automotive Technology, Aaron started as a lube tech at the local Firestone. After that he transitioned into a technician role with BMW for a few years before finding his way to Tesla. He was with the company for almost 5 years, the last year and a half spent as Shop Supervisor. Aaron is currently a support specialist for OPUS IVS, specializing in Teslas.
